While we feel sure that you will be completely satisfied with your Southern Pearl purchase, if for any reason within 30 days you are not completely satisfied, feel free to return your jewelry purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges).
Please include your sales receipt or a copy of your receipt along with the reason for your return and you will be issued a refund within 5-7 business days.
Your refund will be issued by either a check or a credit to your credit card, depending on your method of payment.
It's that easy.
Southern Pearls will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so we advise you to insure your return.
